Caffè La Genovese Oro Espresso Italiano certified
Blend ratio: 80% Arabica/20% Robusta
A classic Italian espresso coffee from the picturesque town of Albenga on the Ligurian coast. With the first sip of this coffee, you are instantly transported to the small town right on the Mediterranean – turquoise water and a light sea breeze carrying the aroma of freshly roasted La Genovese coffee through the streets.
The beans for La Genovese Oro are gently roasted separately to a medium intensity, resulting in a full-bodied and exceptionally low-acid espresso with a fine, almost creamy crema. From the cup, it releases aromas of chocolate and reveals subtle nuances of freshly baked bread and hazelnut on the palate.
La Genovese Oro works well in both portafilter and fully automatic coffee machines and has a low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30%. This makes it ideal for enjoying in the evening.
Very low in acid and without bitter substances - simply first-class!
This coffee was awarded the IIAC gold medal in 2016 for outstanding taste and quality and is also certified as Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano).
Di Giampaolo Caffè Maestrale Espresso Italiano certified
Blend ratio: 80% Arabica/20% Robusta.
Di Giampaolo Caffè entrusts only the most discerning roasters to the Espresso Maestrale. Only perfect craftsmanship can create such a unique blend. From the very first sip, this espresso greets the palate with rich, dark chocolate. Fruity notes of pineapple and citrus fruits complement this, adding a subtle flavor boost. A hint of pepper also characterizes this espresso.
Sensory analysis reveals exceptional freshness, imparted by a subtle fruity note. The medium drum roasting process and the inclusion of Ugandan Robusta beans give the Maestrale a beautiful crema. It is best enjoyed straight as an espresso or with hot frothed milk as a cappuccino.
