MokaMO is a roasting company based in Trento, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. Founder Merlin Oddene created his first blend ‘Brao Caffè’ in 1987, based on an old family recipe. The 100% Arabica ‘Mrs.Rose’ blend came later and conquered the market. The brand's latest innovations are the MokaMO Dolce and MokaMO Forte ranges. A coffee that's either sweet and mild or spicy and full of character. Both blends have a distinct profile and are perfect for machines with filter holders or fully automatic coffee machines.

mokaMO - Brao and Mrs.Rose

MOKAMO S.r.l. is a company based in Trento, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy. The founder, Merlin Oddene, established the business in the 1960s. In 1987, building on an old family recipe, he created the first variety—Brao Caffè! A year later, responding to ever-higher quality demands, the 100% Arabica coffee, Mme Rose, conquered the market.

Traditional roastery in Treviso

The company notably benefited from the support of a very old traditional roasting workshop in Treviso. To ensure even greater safety and quality for its customers, Mokamo joined the "Quality Italian Espresso" certification early on, awarded by a coffee laboratory in Trieste.

The latest innovations from the brand are the MOKAMO Dolce and MOKAMO Forte ranges. Following these new creations and the transformation of the business from a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S.) into a limited liability company (S.R.L.), the name was also changed from "Brao Caffe - Centro Caffe Trento s.a.s" to "Mokamo s.r.l."
