Since 1938, Dogliani has been crafting delicious Italian specialties. The traditional Italian bakery and pastry shop, Dogliani, has been in existence since 1938. In the 1940s, brothers Angelo and Bartolomeo Dogliani took over a small pastry shop in Carrara, at the foot of the Apuan Alps, and established a growing Piedmontese company. To achieve this, they even traveled abroad to gather inspiration and recipe ideas from around the world, transforming them into their own creations. Today, the company is managed by the third generation and thrives thanks to a combination of expertise, tradition, artisanal craftsmanship, and modern trends. The product range includes everything from delicious cantuccini to focaccias, soft panettones, and more.
