The "Harem" blend is the most precious of Passalacqua's creations. Only the finest highland Arabica beans are used in this balanced blend.
Naturally, each Arabica variety is roasted separately, according to its own roasting profile, and only then are all the beans blended together to create this marvellous blend... unequalled!

Quantity of ground coffee: 8g per portion
Water temperature: 92°C - 93°C
Water hardness: approx. 9°d
