Mokaflor Coffee Blu

This very strong blend is ideal for all types of preparation with milk. Mokaflor's Blu combines the mildness of Brazilian Arabicas with the intensity and structure of Robusta beans from the Far East.
The coffee is roasted in a so-called "separation process" in which each type of bean is roasted taking into account its ideal roasting point. To do this, Mokaflor uses a roasting machine with a rotating drum, in which the coffee is heated slowly and gently.
As a result, the Mokaflor Blu coffee is a blend with punch, little acidity and a slight sweetness.
Proportion of coffee types used: 50% Arabica, 50% Robusta beans
Evaluation: strong coffee, very dense creme formation, high caffeine content
