Blend of medium to strong roast, composed of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta. Very well balanced.
The bitterness and slight acidity are barely perceptible on the palate. On the contrary, there is a delicate, light sweetness.
Notes of chocolate and malt develop on the palate. All in all, it is very pleasant and resolutely round.
The caffeine is extracted by steam without the use of chemicals. The espresso retains all its characteristics: a phenomenal crema, an incomparable aroma and a refined, lingering finish.
