20% Arabica - 80% Robusta

Golden Brasil has been roasting top quality Italian coffees since 1961. Over the years, they have built up a large family of coffees. Golden Excelso is definitely part of the full-bodied range. The Robusta beans, which make up 80% of this blend, are the main reason for this. They come from high altitude plantations in India, Congo and Uganda.

Once in Italy, the different varieties are washed and roasted separately in a drum roaster. Only this process guarantees a perfect result for the subsequent blending. This is due to the individual requirements of the coffee varieties: an Asian bean, for example, needs less time and heat to develop its aroma optimally than an African bean.

The full body and generous crema are unbeatable in this blend. Dark chocolate notes dominate this espresso, followed by fine spices and light fruity nuances.
