The finest and rarest Arabica and Robusta beans from South America and India are used for this coffee. Each type of bean is given its own special treatment and roasting time. This guarantees the highest quality for the later end product. After each type of bean has been washed and roasted separately, they are blended together in Filicori Zecchini's secret mixing ratio for the Delicato.
To ensure that the espresso beans are as fresh as on the first day even after a year of storage, Filicori uses a special one-way valve. This allows air to escape, but not into the package.
