This espresso from Caffè Kenon is a blend of carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans. The delicate yet intense and oily roasting gives Crema Bar a particularly full-bodied and intense flavour. Not to mention the crema, which is incredibly rich thanks to the Robusta and stays in the cup for a long time. A true Neapolitan.
The dark roasting typical of southern Italy means that the coffee is low in acidity and caffeine, but high in volume and flavour.
That is why Crema Bar can also be used as the perfect base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
