With its 80/20 blend, Cortese Elios is the perfect bar blend: rich, strong, incredibly chocolatey – yet refined. Thanks to the Neapolitan roast, there's no acidity. Full-bodied with a hazelnut-brown crema – the perfect Espresso Napoletano, not bitter, no unpleasant acidity, simply stunning.

The Elios Bar is best prepared in a portafilter machine and is also excellent for milk-based drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.

The Elios Blend is also suitable for use in fully automatic coffee machines, as the beans are not too oily.
