Mixing ratio: 20% Arabica beans / 80% Robusta beans The Rosso of Caffè Barbaro is a typical southern Italian espresso coffee. The composition of 20% Arabica and 80% Robusta beans ensures a full body and a rich, hazelnut-brown crema.

The taste is reminiscent of hazelnut and dark chocolate and provides a velvety mouthfeel. The aromas are accompanied by the taste of ripe fruit, which wonderfully rounds off the espresso coffee.

Ideal as an espresso, which, with a little milk, makes a perfect cappuccino.
