Mago is a blend of 7 selected coffee beans, which are picked right in their growing regions. That includes Brazil, Central America and Indonesia. The art of preparing an outstanding espresso is the secret of the magician - Mago in Italian.
Despite the fact that his coffee is decaffeinated, it produces wonderful crema.
Barbera Mago decaffeinated is suitable for all methods of preparation.
Flavor:
A strong character, coupled with sweetness, softness and a gentle aroma of nuts, chocolate and fruit.
Roast:
Barbera roasts all the bean varieties of one blend separately, gently and slowly, so as to retain the typical characteristics of the beans. The coffee beans are then dried quickly with cold air, instead of, as is otherwise customary, with water. This method of air cooling ensures, that the beans preserve their aroma.
