Diemme coffee has a fruity aroma of ginger, wild flowers and with light notes of cocoa.
The taste has a pleasant acidity and full body. Strong, intense, but without much bitterness. The aftertaste is persistent and almond stands out with a slight perception of leather.
Diemme Aromatica coffee is a blend of 75% Arabica and 25% Robusta. The green coffee beans come from Costa Rica, Brazil and Colombia, as well as Tanzania and India.
Excellent long-lasting crema with good structure.
