Origin of Robusta varieties: Ethiopia, Brazil, India, Indonesia and Uganda.
The special thing about Vigoroso Moka Efti is that this coffee, made from 100% Robusta beans, comes from 5 different varieties. Unlike many other coffees made purely from Robusta beans, which often contain just one variety, Vigoroso is distinguished by the diversity of its varieties, giving it a rounded, unique flavour. Ethiopian Robustas add a floral touch and light fruity aromas. Brazilian beans add a nutty sweetness and a creamy body. Indian beans add a deep spice and earthy aroma. Indonesian beans enrich the blend with a powerful flavour and a hint of chocolate. Ugandan beans add a pleasant dark chocolate flavour.
Thanks to the Robustas, a particularly thick and dense crema is formed which, if sugar is added later, remains on the surface of the espresso and waits patiently to be stirred. Enjoy Efti Vigoroso Moka as a pure espresso or as a cappuccino.
This full-bodied, powerful blend goes particularly well with milk. Connoisseurs recommend drinking it neat with sugar.
