Only carefully selected Arabica and Robusta beans are used for Quarta Stuoia. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures of between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius, before being blended to create a balanced blend.
The long, slow roast ensures that the acidity of the green beans is reduced. The oily, silky shine of the beans is proof of this, as the coffee oil contained in the beans rises to the surface. With Famiglia Stuoia, you get a very full-bodied coffee, with aromatic notes of caramel and liquorice. The high Robusta content also ensures an excellent crema.
You can use Quarta Caffè Stuoia Famiglia as an espresso or as a base for all types of café au lait.
