The high percentage of Robustabohnen of 70% provides a luxuriant crema, dense and hazelnut brown. Just a typical Napoletan. Thanks to the dark roasting in southern Italy, the espresso is low in acid and caffeine. Elmir is very suitable as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.

This variety contains beans from 3 countries of origin.
