With a Robusta content of 50%, the Oro Caffè Italian Style is a true crema marvel. It presents itself as dark brown and dense with a finely marbled texture in the cup.

The Italian Style perfectly reflects the Italian espresso tradition. Whether in the morning, after lunch, or simply for a quick break at the corner café – this espresso always tastes great.
It's a bit stronger and full-bodied, yet still caresses the tongue smoothly. Notes of roasted almonds and caramel are complemented by malty nuances, and the slightly higher caffeine content provides the necessary kick. Overall, the Italian Style is rich and very expressive. It produces a perfect crema and is a real powerhouse as an espresso or ristretto. It forms the perfect base for all hot milk-based drinks.

All the green coffee beans in this blend are roasted separately, gently, and slowly to allow their individual aromas to fully develop. The beans are then rapidly cooled using cold air. Unlike the common method using water, this process allows the beans to retain all their aroma and avoid reabsorbing unnecessary moisture.
