Coffee Martella Maximum Class

The Martella family still roasts this wonderful espresso blend in the traditional way. A blend of only the best Arabica and Robusta beans is used for the composition of Maximum Class. The result is a flavourful, incredibly creamy coffee in the best southern Italian tradition which presents itself harmoniously and well-rounded.
Percentages of coffee blends used: 90 % Arabica beans, 10 % Robusta
Assessment: strong, beautiful crema, medium caffeine content
