ROYAL La Genovese

La Genovese was founded in 1936 and has remained a family business ever since. The name has its origins in the nearby capital, Genoa. Today, this roaster is present in almost every European country, and has won various awards for its espresso.
La Genovese Royal is created from 6 different varieties of Arabica and Robusta beans from Brazil, El Salvador, India and Ethiopia. The beans are roasted separately, gently and slowly in a rotating drum, then air-cooled. The aroma has intense notes of dark chocolate and cocoa, and a dense, thick crema to fall in love with.
Enjoyed as an espresso or cappuccino, Royal is always a delight with its rich aroma!
Thanks to its exceptional quality, La Genovese Royal has been certified Espresso Italiano since 2008 by the INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). This institute has been protecting and promoting genuine espresso since 1998.
