An Arabica mixture coming from South America and Central America. Sweet taste, full body, optimal crema, very pleasant aroma. A southern Italian, which also works in fully automatic machines without any problems.

Water temperature: 90°C - 95°C
Water pressure during extraction: 9bar ± 1bar
Extraction time: 25 – 30 sec
Cup content: 25 – 30 ml
