GEPA Organic Chocolate - Grand Chocolat Matcha White
Matcha has become the symbol of Far Eastern tea culture. It is a Japanese green tea known for its tasty umami character and its richness in nutrients. These special properties are now found in GEPA's premium chocolate. The organic white chocolate is thus enhanced with the sweet, fresh and subtly bitter notes of matcha. An incredibly delicious contrast that accompanies the smoothness of the chocolate on the palate.
The chocolate is made with pure cocoa butter. The cocoa comes from the CECAQ-11 cooperative. This is an association of small farmers on the island of São Tomé. The farmers treat/process the entire crop themselves, which allows more people to be included in fair trade.
