Taste Africa brings you close to the facets of a fascinating continent. The cocoa for this delicately salty caramel chocolate comes from the island of São Tomé. Through fair trade, the small farmers of the CECAQ-11 cooperative were able to convert their cultivation to organic and continue to improve their quality.

Crispy, fine organic milk chocolate with caramel crisp and a hint of Fleur de Sel. The cocoa content of this delicious organic chocolate creation is 41%.

Note on packaging:

The inner wrapping for our salt-caramel chocolate is an environmentally friendly Naturflex film, which consists of 90-94% renewable raw materials (cellulose). It is biodegradable and compostable according to EU standard EN 13432. According to this standard, 90% of the film rotted after 90 days at the latest.
