All beans in the blend are roasted individually, gently and slowly to preserve their characteristic flavour. The coffee beans are cooled quickly with cold air instead of water, as is usually the case. Air cooling guarantees that the beans retain their full flavour and do not reabsorb unnecessary moisture.

The natural Arabica beans from Brazil impart a fine flavour and provide a pleasant fruity note. The natural and washed Robusta beans from India, on the other hand, provide the strong and rich crema.
