GEPA Organic Chocolate - Grand Chocolate Earl Grey White
Earl Grey is probably one of the most famous teas in the world. This black tea blend gets its aroma from the fragrant oil of bergamot. This hint of Far Eastern culinary delicacy complements the white chocolate and gives it a slightly spicy freshness. The black tea for this preparation comes from SOFA, Gepa's partner in Sri Lanka.
The chocolate is made with pure cocoa butter. The cocoa comes from the CECAQ-11 cooperative. This is an association of small farmers on the island of São Tomé. The farmers treat/process the entire crop themselves, which allows more people to be included in fair trade.
