This moka grind is suitable for use with Italian coffee makers (also known as Moka coffee makers) and/or french press coffee makers.

These packets are sold in a pretty Barbera Caffè decorative box. The wizard and letters are embossed.

Roasting :

Barbera roasts all the varieties of beans in the blend separately, gently and slowly to preserve their respective characteristics. The coffee beans are then rapidly cooled with cold air, instead of water, as is usually the case. This air-cooling method allows the beans to retain their aroma.
