Since 1961, the family-run Arditi Caffè roastery has been roasting coffee in the heart of Rome. Over the years, the secrets of perfect roasting and the Italian roasting tradition have been further developed with modern roasting methods to roast contemporary espresso coffee with a traditional taste.
The aromatic bouquet of this Arabica espresso presents notes of sweet spices and a hint of dark chocolate. Fruity aromas unfold with nuances reminiscent of hibiscus. Slightly sweet and pleasantly intense and robust in flavor. A classic Italian espresso, the kind often served in Rome's espresso bars.
For its outstanding taste and masterful roasting, the Arditi Espresso Arabica has already been awarded the Gold Medal of the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) three times, as well as the Silver Medal of the Olymp Awards.
Preparation instructions:
- 7g of coffee per cup
Brewing temperature: 90 to 95 degrees Celsius
- 9 bar pressure
Brewing time 25 seconds.
- 25-30 ml of coffee per cup
