This strong blend is roasted according to the secret recipe of Alessia's father, Camillo. No less than 8 different varieties of green coffee are the basis of this exceptionally low-acid blend.
You'll first see a dark brown crema, before tasting a complex blend of dried fruit, nuts, dark chocolate and a hint of tobacco.
Whether in an espresso machine (portafilter) or fully automatic, whether as an espresso, cappuccino or simple coffee, the Camillo blend will always leave you wanting more.
