This robust blend is roasted according to the secret recipe of Alessia's father, Camillo (Ricetta Camillo). No fewer than eight different raw coffee varieties form the basis for this exceptionally low-acid coffee.

In the cup, the eye is delighted by a dark brown, dreamy crema. The bouquet enchants with a complex blend of dried fruits, nuts, dark chocolate, and a hint of tobacco.
