Ricetta Luigina is an espresso blend of eight different coffee varieties. The green coffee beans come from small plantations in Kenya, Brazil, Peru, Nepal, Santo Domingo, and Puerto Rico. These are complemented by fine Robusta beans from India and Cuba. In particular, the Kaapi Royal Robusta beans from western India contribute to the Luigina's exceptional crema and distinctive aromas. Grown high in the mountains, they retain a rich supply of nutrients and minerals. The roastery sources all its green coffee beans directly from the coffee farmers.

Luigina, with its full body, forms a perfect alliance with milk. Despite its distinctive profile and intense aromas, it gently caresses the palate. The finish is indescribably long and intense.
The bouquet is dominated by nuts and baked bread. These dark aromas are complemented by bright, fresh nuances of blossoms and stone fruit. This blend is virtually acid-free, a result of the elaborate, long-roasting process.
